  • Guarantee outcomes from providers or opportunities listed

We act as a facilitator only.

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Users must independently verify services before engaging

AbleHub AU does not guarantee:

  • Quality of services
  • Availability
  • Outcomes

You engage providers at your own discretion and risk.

7. Jobs & Opportunities

  • Job listings are provided by third parties
  • AbleHub AU does not verify all employers or roles

We are not responsible for employment outcomes or listing accuracy.

8. Social & Community Features

Users may post content and interact with others.

By posting content, you grant AbleHub AU a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Platform.

We may remove content that:

  • Violates guidelines
  • Poses safety risks
  • Is inappropriate

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbleHub AU is not liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, or injury from using the Platform
  • User interactions
